Shipping information

Dimmies delivers across the GTA and to most cities and townships within Southwest Ontario.

For GTA deliveries, orders arrive weekly on Mondays. For deliveries to the rest of Ontario, orders arrive weekly on Tuesdays.

Orders for an upcoming Monday or Tuesday must be placed by Saturday of the previous week before midnight. For example, Dimmies arriving on Monday, December 9th, must be ordered by Saturday, December 7th at midnight. 

Dimmies are packaged and shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice to keep the product frozen in transit.

Dry ice must be handled with caution.

  • Do not touch dry ice with bare skin
  • Do not ingest
  • Do not dispose in sewers, sinks, or toilets
  • Keep out of reach of children
